Service: Tile roof lift-and-relay (underlayment replacement)
We had a leak in our master bedroom and the first two roofers who came out both told us we needed a complete new tile roof — a huge number. Cody came out, got up on the roof, and showed us the tile was actually fine; it was the old felt underneath that had dried out and cracked.
They did a lift-and-relay — pulled our tile, put down new underlayment and flashing, and reset our same tile. It cost a fraction of what the others quoted and you can't even tell anyone was up there. No more leak, and it's under warranty. Honest people, which is rare in roofing.
