Service: Roof repair — flashing & cracked tiles
I assumed I needed a new roof because of a leak near the chimney. City Seamless showed me it was just the flashing around the chimney and a couple of cracked tiles nearby.
They repaired exactly what was wrong, explained everything, and didn't try to upsell me. The repair is warrantied and the leak is gone. I'll use them for anything roof-related going forward.
